Job Title:Automotive Customer Service Representative / Shuttle DriverLocation:  1525 Zimmerman Trail, Billings, MT 59102Job Overview:As an Automotive Customer Service Representative / Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
